Modern Portrait Painting
Lucie has exhibited internationally and has won several awards for her Portrait work. Her paintings have been in the National Portrait Gallery, the Kremlin and (more locally), Pallant House. This is a unique opportunity to learn the processes she uses and work alongside her, step by step, with demonstrations covering every aspect of putting a portrait together.This modern style combines haphazard fun with photorealism. Lucie will take you through each step of the technique, demonstrating brush strokes, mark making as well as proportions of the face and flesh tones.
